Komachi Kurihara (栗原小町, Kurihara Komachi^?) is a mysterious woman who resides at Akebono Police Station, later revealed to be a ghost. In her past life, she was Japan's first female police officer, holding the rank of sergeant^[1]. She died in the line of duty and became a ghost. For some reason, only Kenji Narukami, Gekiryuken (God Gekiryuken), and Chief Yukimura can see her. She has a mischievous personality and is particularly fond of Kenji.

Initially, Komachi would expend a significant amount of energy when physically interacting with the living world. However, through training in the spirit world, she enhanced her spiritual power, enabling her to confront monsters. Unfortunately, she eventually depleted her spiritual power when trying to restore Kenji's stamina. Even in the later stages, she continued to use her spiritual power to battle monsters but lost it once again due to Dr. Worm's actions.
