The New Enemy (新たなる敵 Aratanaru Teki?) is the fourteenth episode of Madan Senki Ryukendo. It features the debut of RyuJinOu and Lady Gold.
Synopsis
A new General of Jamanga, Lady Gold, has boarded the town of Akebono City. Mysterious magic was cast on the Florist, Kaori in her flower shop, and showed an illusion of RyuKenDo slashing Ichiko and Ritsuko. Kaori's sightings spread quickly and the townspeople begin to lose trust in RyuKenDo. Also, Giant RyuKenDo began to destroy the town!! A mysterious black warrior has appeared in front of RyuKenDo who challenge Lady Gold who set the trap.
Plot
Lady Gold, another trusted general of Daimaou GrenGhost appears in Jamanga’s Base and is seen sitting on Doctor Worm’s demon creation pedestal. Doctor Worm tried to stop her from sitting on the pedestal but failed. Lady Gold asked Doctor Worm how long it takes to awaken Daimaou GrenGhost. Doctor Worm replied that he is lacking Minus Energy and whenever he sends demon beasts to Akebono City, they are defeated by S.H.O.T. as people living there have faith in S.H.O.T. Lady Gold decided to take some action instead while Doctor Worm asked about her plan regarding Madan Key Demon Beast that she has in mind. Lady Gold rejected that idea as she will be using magic to control people’s hearts directly. She used a red magical orb and changes into her human form, surprising Doctor Worm. She added that if there is a seed of misunderstanding placed in people’s hearts, faith will be crumbled.
Lady Gold in her human form arrives at Akebono City and she walked past a guy in black attire. The guy in black turn his back to look at Lady Gold with an unknown voice speaking in agreeance that there is something weird regarding that lady they just saw. Meanwhile, Ichiko and Ritsuko are seen driving their police car to patrol Akebono City announcing the demon forecast. Lady Gold is seen visiting Kaori’s flower shop asking for a suggestion for a flower that will suit her. Kaori suggested that the rose will suit Lady Gold due to her red attire. Lady Gold plucks a petal from the rose that she is holding and blew a gust of wind towards Kaori. That action is perceived as casting a magic spell on Kaori where anything that Kaori sees with her eyes is real. Once the casting of the magic spell is over, she disappears from Kaori’s flower shop, leaving traces of rose petals on the floor and leaving Kaori in a stunned state.
Setoyama is seen giving a briefing on the demon forecast where chances of the demon appearing are low. However, that forecast was overturned when an alarm is ringing due to level two demon sightings. RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu are soon called out to fight Tsukaimas as Lady Gold unleashes her three personal Tsukaimas through three coloured magical orbs namely gold, silver and pink magical orb that she is holding in the palm of her hand. Lady Gold’s personal Tsukaimas started to join the other Tsukaimas by teasing the Madan Warriors to chase them instead. Kaori is seen walking towards an empty field and witnessing RyuKenDo chasing after Ichiko and Ritsuko. RyuKenDo is seen cutting down Ichiko and Ritsuko and Kaori runs away in shock. After the death of Ichiko and Ritsuko, they are revealed to be two of Lady Gold’s personal Tsukaimas created by a gold and silver magical orb and they returned to their magical orb form and disappear from the scene.
After the battle, Fudou and Kenji are seen having ramen in Tomio’s ramen shop discussing Tsukaima’s intention to battle at a place where no one is around. Kuniko and Kumazo have seen visiting Tomio’s ramen shop to discuss some rumours regarding RyuKenDo cutting down Ichiko and Ritsuko. They are shocked at the act done by the hero of justice and suspect that Madan Warriors are on Jamanga’s side. Kenji tried to reject that rumour that RyuKenDo will not do such a thing but Tomio replied that Kaori is the witness. At Kaori’s flower shop, Kobashiri is seen taking a statement of Kaori regarding the scene that she witness earlier. Kenji and Fudou visited Kaori’s flower shop and asked Kaori about the rumour that is spreading in Akebono City. Kenji refused to believe what Kaori saw and insist that RyuKenDo is cutting down Jamanga’s Tsukaima. Kobashiri interrupted that Ichiko and Ritsuko are missing currently, leaving their police car behind with two dolls placed on the car front seat.
Kenji is shocked at what is happening and Fudou replied that this must be the work of Jamanga and they cast a spell on Kaori. As they walked on the street, they hear more and more civilians spreading that RyuKenDo is attacking humans and the people started to lose faith in him and released many Minus Energy as a result. Lady Gold is pleased with the result of her action and Doctor Worm is surprised that Lady Gold succeed in farming Minus Energy without using any Demon Beast. Lady Gold decide to proceed further in her plan by using a blue magical orb to cast a spell to create a giant RyuKenDo which is created by the distrust born from people’s hearts to attack Akebono City.
Kenji and Fudou go to a remote place to transform into RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu. The Madan Warriors arrived at the scene and RyuKenDo tried to calm the people but the act backfires. Looking at the action of civilians, RyuGunOu realised what Jamanga is after which is to destroy the trust that people have in S.H.O.T. GekiRyuKen agrees with what RyuGunOu said as trust is hard to build but a small thing can cause the trust to collapse. As the distrust increases, giant RyuKenDo started to increase in size. Madan Warriors started to fight against giant RyuKenDo. Meanwhile, at S.H.O.T.’s Base, Setoyama is analysing the situation and deducing that it is created by magic and tries to pinpoint the location of the Jamanga magician. RyuKenDo is curious if giant RyuKenDo has any weakness with RyuGunOu replied that giant RyuKenDo is a copy of RyuKenDo so he should know his weakness. RyuKenDo replied that his weakness is brains while RyuGunOu commented that it is useless to guess the weakness of giant RyuKenDo.
The civilians are seen evacuating to an empty field while witnessing giant RyuKenDo attacking the city. They witness real RyuKenDo fighting against giant RyuKenDo. While RyuKenDo is distracting giant RyuKenDo, RyuGunOu arrives at a location close to giant RyuKenDo and uses SHOT Key to cast Dragon Shot at giant RyuKenDo, giving RyuKenDo a chance to get closer to giant RyuKenDo but RyuKenDo get slapped away by the hand of giant RyuKenDo. Kaori realizes that RyuKenDo is trying to save the city while the guy in black attire is seen walking away. Setoyama is still trying to pinpoint the location of the Jamanga magician as the usage of a huge amount of magic should leave a demon signal. Rin asked what is the blue spot showing on Setoyama’s screen. He replied that that is the signal of Power Spot. Rin suggested the chances of Jamanga magician could be utilizing the magic from Power Spot and Setoyama agrees with the suggestion. With the location of the Jamanga magician revealed, the Madan Warriors have to deal with the Jamanga magician first before dealing with giant RyuKenDo. RyuKenDo change into Aqua RyuKenDo using Aqua Key to freeze giant RyuKenDo. RyuKenDo later reverts to normal mode to summon Brave Leon while RyuGunOu summons Buster Wolf to travel to the location of Power Spot.
At the rooftop of the building where Power Spot is located, the Madan Warriors encounter a mysterious lady in red attire chanting a magic spell. Lady Gold stops chanting and welcomes the arrival of Madan Warriors. RyuKenDo asked the lady if she is a Jamanga Demon with Lady Gold using a red magical orb and changes back to her demon form. She introduced herself as Lady Gold to the Madan Warriors and changes the Golden Sword that she is holding into a rose to cast petals attack on Madan Warriors. RyuGunOu tries to shoot at Lady Gold but missed due to her evasion speed. After a few rounds of battle, Lady Gold is tired as Madan Warriors doesn’t seem to be a challenge for her and decided to use her three coloured orbs (Gold, Silver and Pink) to summon her personal Tsukaimas to fight on behalf. The Gold Magical Orb created a lady Tsukaima named Ganymede, the Silver Magical Orb created a lady Tsukaima named Europa and Pink Magical Orb created a lady Tsukaima named Phobos. RyuKenDo realised that Lady Gold is behind the attack after witnessing the appearance of personal Tsukaimas.
Lady Gold confess that she uses magic on her Tsukaimas so people will mistake them as human. She orders her Tsukaimas to attack the Madan Warriors. However, their battle was interrupted by the appearance of a Black Madan Warrior. The Black Madan Warrior summon ZanRyuJin to summon Madan Knuckle using Knuckle Key to blast RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu away. The Black Madan Warrior uses ZanRyuJin in Axe Mode to attack blast RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu before facing Lady Gold. Lady Gold recognize the identity of the Black Madan Warrior and decided to move at super speed with the Black Madan Warriors following closely behind with super speed as well. The Black Madan Warrior gains upper hand in super speed and manages to stop Lady Gold’s movement. Her three personal Tsukaimas immediately surrounds Lady Gold to defend against RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu. Before RyuKenDo and RyuGunOu can launch any attacks, Lady Gold decides to retreat with her three personal Tsukaimas and warns them to be careful.
RyuKenDo wonders at what Lady Gold trying to express while RyuGunOu replied that she is referring to giant RyuKenDo that is being unfrozen. RyuKenDo uses Final Key to activate his finishing move and defeat giant RyuKenDo. With giant RyuKenDo defeated, the doll spell on Ichkio and Ritsuko are released and reverting them to their human form, revealing that they are sleeping actually, not realizing that Lady Gold cast magic on them. Kaori is seen returning to her flower shop and placing her potted plants that were fallen on the floor due to the impact caused by the attack from giant RyuKenDo. Kaori asked Kenji if the police officers meet RyuKenDo before as she would like to apologize to RyuKenDo for doubting him. GekiRyuKen commented that one’s distrust can cause everything to crumble but one’s faith can start everything again. Kaori was surprised at hearing GekiRyuKen with Kenji immediately replied that he will let RyuKenDo know. Meanwhile, the man in black attire is seen resting on rooftop of the building where Power Spot is located, holding on a necklace and looking at the view of the sunset.
